Pan American Champs 2012 – Canada

The Canadian Rafting Committee in association with the Québec white water canoe/kayak federation  is pleased to invite all teams at the 2012 Québec World Cup in the beautiful province of Québec. Canada is well known for its world class rivers and the province of Québec is one of the best places to paddle. The Sprint, H2H and Slalom will be held in Jonquière at the Cepal nature center where a course was set up to hold  the 1979 world Kayak slalom championship. It is a natural river with flow control. A nice hotel has been built just by the river and camping is also available nearby. The city of Jonquière is just 5 minutes by car. The down river will be held on the Jacques-Cartier river that is situated 30 minutes from downtown Québec city. This is a great occasion to discover Québec, Canada and most of all some of the great rivers in North America.
