IRF 2015 Congress

• Dates: 4 and 6 December
• Place: WRC 2015 Event Headquarters, Sukabumi, Java, Indonesia.
• Time (times may change - keep an eye on the message board at the Headquarters):

• 4th = 13h00 to 15h30 
• 6th = 13h00 to 16h00 

Delegates - all IRF member organisations are entitled to have one voting delegate at the Congress. Please ensure the name of that delegate or your appointed proxy is sent to IRF Admin as soon as possible. Members may have more than one person (but no more than 3) attending the Congress, but only one person will be allowed to vote. 

Candidates for any committees need to send a photo and a CV to IRF Admin with a letter motivating why they would like to be on that committee. The sooner this is done the better. Candidates for BOD must do this no later than the 18th November.
