FEES:
- Event Fees: please refer to the above information letters and / or the official website for registration and other fees to be paid to the event organisers as well as how to make these payments.
- IRF Fees: all members must be up to date with their fees due to the IRF. Established Members is $500 for 2013. Ordinary Members are to pay $200 / open team and $100 / Youth, Junior & Masters teams that attends the WRC event. Please contact IRF Admin as to how to pay these fees.
JUDGES:
- New Judges workshop -
- Anyone wishing to do this workshop and become and IRF certified Judge please contact IRF Admin.
- Cost US$30
- Meet 9am on the 13th (venue to be announced)
- Workshop runs all day on the 13 and 14 with an exam at the end of the day on the 14
- Then these new Judges will work alongside the experienced Judges for the rest of the Youth / Junior WRC event.
- Final assessment and certification concluded after Downriver.

Head Judge – Peter Micheler – Germany (Peter has been involved with this event from the start because he lives in the region for a few months of each year and therefore knows the people, the rivers, the region and is familiar with how things work there. He was also part of the scouting trip and during the summer months has been working with the organisers to improve issues that were raised in reports from the Pre-event.

- General Info about IRF: The IRF is a non-profit organisation which seeks to unite rafters from around the world. This is done through competitions, recreational rafting and conservation.The IRF has a 10 man BOD and a number of Sub-committees which run its affairs. The sub-committees are Sport & Competition, Guide Training & Education, Recreational Rafting and Conservation, Media & Marketing and International Relations. The members of these committees are from all over the world, representing rafting from all corners and continents.
