Brief Euro Cup History
Euro Cup started in 2003 with 4 events and 53 teams (37 mens, 16 womens), R6 only. In 2004 it expanded to include R4. By 2006 it had grown to 8 events for R6 and 5 for R4 with 93 teams attending the R6 events and 134 for the R4. 12 countries attended these events.
